At Fantasma Magic, we want you to be completely spellbound by your purchase; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your fashion items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
